Can you see results only working out 90 minutes a week?

Hello.

As your probably know, there are many misconceptions in the realm of fitness.

And, as a result, people are not getting fitter, but fatter.

More than 2 billion people have bulging waist lines word-wide. How is that for misinformation?

People leap the nine yards, and try all sorts of different things, in an effort to achieve their fitness goals.

They do all the wrong things with the right intentions, and get nowhere...

Out of all the myths and mumbo jumbo in the fitness market, there is one that stands out in particular......

One that is a big reason why many people just get up and quit.....

It is the notion that in order to see results, you must workout for 2-4 hours in the gym.

If you aren't working out like a demon, than you won't see any results...

Think about this for a second.

Many people make it a goal to workout consistently, and than give up midway.

Why?

Well, most of them are taught that the only way to see results is to workout for very long intervals.

In the range of 1 1/2 - 2 hours!!!

This is insane, and will quickly lead to burnout.

There is no need to workout in strenuous intervals.....

In fact, time is not a main factor in becoming athletic...

The biggest factor in progress is muscle growth, which only occurs through elevated resistance, NOT elevated time.

What this means, is that even if you throw around light weight for 3 hours, it won't be effective.

You have to increase the resistance in each exercise.

This small change in your approach to workouts, could turn a 2 hour sweat fest, into a 30 minute moderate workout.

The reason for this, for emphasis, is because you are INCREASING RESISTANCE.

In short, you get stronger and leaner from lifting heavier, not lifting longer.

This is how it's possible to workout for 90 minutes a week, and still see significant results.
