Due to coal is easy to be crushed, impact breaker has the high speed and light weight. A compression spring must be installed uppon the back plate of the rod. When materials which shouldn't be crushed fall into the crusher, too much pressure make the spring compressed, leaving the back plate and the rotor door gap increases, the no-broken materials are discharged.
After the end of maintenance, cylinder retracts, the four parts rack recovered and fixed up each other, you can do the re-crushing operations. In order to facilitate turning on the rack, the connection between the components use the various rack parts that easily removable screw connections.
