Letters from Sweden

Letters from Sweden is a Type foundry designing retail typefaces and custom typefaces. Behind the company stands Göran Söderström. We believe you can find inspiration anywhere; in nature, in miscommunication, in meeting other people or in studying old type specimens. Examining your roots every now and then is good. In doing so it’s important not to get too entangled, reviving without reflection. Our responsibility to tradition is to make improvements by producing contemporary typefaces that correspond to the technical and aesthetic expectations of today. These Letters come from Sweden, but they are for everyone. We hope you find inspiration in our efforts.
