Есть комп win 8.1. офис 2010, создают документ

открывают на другом компе win 10. офис 2010

размер и шрифт на всех компах одинаков.

для проверки открыли на третьем компе win 7. офис 2010. Всё нормально, без пропадания букв. Что делать и куда копать?

Можно конечно на проблемном компе раздвигать ячейки и прочее и выводить в нормальный вид, но ведь на третьем компе без танцев всё работает как надо.
